Commissioning a pet portrait

Q. Can I add more than one pet to my painting?
A. Absolutely! Each additional pet will be an up-charge of $50 and are only available in sizes 11x14 and up. This is necessary in order for me to successfully achieve a good level of detail in your painting!

Q. How long will it take to complete the painting?
A. From the time you receive written approval (via email) stating that everything is in order, your painting will arrive to you between 4-6 weeks (dependent upon how many projects are in my queue). This information will be shared in open and honest conversation from the start so that you are fully in the know!

Q. If I live in Columbus, Ohio, do I have to have my painting shipped to me? Or, can I arrange to pick it up?
A. If you are local, I'm more than happy to work with you to arrange a time and place for pick up/delivery free of charge!

Q. What if I want to get this for a friend/family member/loved one as a surprise, but I don't know which photo they'll like best?
A.  Send me an email and we can chat about the option to purchase a gift certificate that they can use at their convenience!

Q. What if I want a different size than you have listed in your pricing or am interested in an alternate medium (ie: oil, colored pencil, etc.)?
A. I can accommodate both of those things and can provide a custom quote, and time frame once you've submitted all of the preliminary information.

Q. What if I have a horse, bird, etc.? Are you still able to do a portrait of them?
A. Absolutely! All of the same rules and pricing apply!

Q. What if I'm completely unsatisfied with my purchase? Do you offer refunds?
A. First, I strive to create work that would never leave you feeling unhappy. Unfortunately, because of the personal nature of these original works of art, and due to the cost of materials and excessive time spent working on these pieces, I am unable to offer refunds. Dependent upon the nature of the situation, I will do my best to right any wrong. In this case, I urge you to contact me and we will see what we can do.
